At the front of the Iorio Arena property is a fully-furnished dormitory facility to house Olympic skaters and other visiting guests.
Located in front of the arena on Route 1 in Walpole, the facility boasts a common area with plush leather couches, a wide screen television with satellite TV used for off-ice instruction. It also has a Ping-Pong table, Bubble-Hockey machine and a basketball hoop.

Other amenities include a fully stocked kitchen complete with stove, full-size refrigerator, toaster, blender and microwave oven.

Spread out across the entire third floor of the facility are spacious dorm rooms, each equipped with its own phone and answering machine as well a private bathroom.

There is also a laundry room available to all guests staying in the dorms.

As a facility built to host and train world-class athletes, the building is also outfitted with top of the line security.

Not only is a key or key code required for entry into the building, but to further gain access to the third floor rooms, a key card is needed to operate the elevator.

To further ensure the safety of Iorio guests, twenty-four hour closed-circuit surveillance cameras monitor every entrance and exit of the facility.
