The
Learn to Skate program is offered throughout the year. There are
five separate sessions, each running from 8-10 weeks. The skating
year is September 1 - August 31 of the following year.
We offer classes for all levels using the US Figure Skating Basic Skills Program.
The Basic Skills program offered at the
Iorio Arena is a beginners ice skating program available to all
ages. There are nine varieties of skating classes before the Bridge Program. Each class builds upon the other and testing is done at the end of the session.

All skaters are required to wear a helmet (either a hockey or bike
helmet) and warm clothing such as mittens, water repellant pants
and a jacket. Skaters must also have their own pair of ice skates. A flat blade is preferred. If you have questions, please contact the Director Caryn Sylvestre. Please Note: Double runners will not be allowed on the ice.
